On Saturday, October 4, 2025, ARES members from several counties in Eastern North Carolina will conduct a multi-county Near Vertical Incidence Skywave (NVIS) excercise. The following counties will participate in the exercise: Carteret, Craven, Duplin, Jones, Lenoir, Onslow, Pender, Pitt, and New Hanover. The exercise is scheduled to begin at 12:00 EDT.
